On Tuesday the NBA announced they were fining the Toronto Raptors $25,000 for their Global Ambassador Drake making overtures towards Thunder All-Star Kevin Durant during a concert in Toronto. In reality, the shout out was more to rev up the crowd, but why not? If Drake and the Raptors could have imagined the publicity the NBA’s reaction would garner, they would have been doing this earlier and louder.

The San Antonio Spurs backup point guard Cory Joseph has been doing it all for Canada on Team Canada’s European tour this summer and he did it again on Sunday leading the Senior Men’s National Team past Turkey 72-66 with a game-high 19 points.
