Luke Ridnour and his $2.85 million fully non-guaranteed contract is on the move again, this time to Toronto according to Darnell Mayberry of The Oklahoman.

President and General Manager, Basketball Operations Masai Ujiri got in on the Ridnour free-for-all by trading with the Thunder for the 34-year-old veteran and getting cash plus a whole lot of flexibility during free agency. Ridnour can be waived at no cost until July 10th according to Spotrac.
The Thunder get a $2.85 million trade exception and the draft rights to a long past Raptors second round pick. The trade exception is good for a year – thus the reason they parted with the cash.
Ridnour has been used as trade grease by the Magic, Grizzlies, Hornets and Thunder in quick succession and it shouldn’t surprise anyone if the Raptors plan to flip him again.
